The Committee reports to the Parliament as follows—

1. At its meeting on 6 May 2008, the Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change Committee considered the following affirmative instrument—

the draft Transport and Works (Scotland) Act 2007 (Access to Land on Application) Order 2008.

2. Stewart Stevenson MSP, Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change, moved—

S3M-1730: That the Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change Committee recommends that the draft Transport and Works (Scotland) Act 2007 (Access to Land on Application) Order 2008 be approved.

3. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

4. At its meeting on 6 May 2008, the Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change Committee also considered the following affirmative instrument—

the draft Transport and Works (Scotland) Act 2007 (Access to Land by the Scottish Ministers) Order 2008.

5. Stewart Stevenson MSP, Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change, moved—

S3M-1731: That the Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change Committee recommends that the draft Transport and Works (Scotland) Act 2007 (Access to Land by the Scottish Ministers) Order 2008 be approved.
