The Committee reports to the Parliament as follows—

1. At its meeting on 20 February 2008 the Local Government and Communities Committee considered the following affirmative instrument—

the Valuation and Rating (Exempted Classes) (Scotland) Order 2008, (SSI 2008/draft).

2. John Swinney, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Sustainable Growth, moved—

S3M-01187:  That the Local Government and Communities Committee recommends that the draft Valuation and Rating (Exempted Classes) (Scotland) Order be approved.

3. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
