The Committee has been designated as the lead committee for the Disabled Persons' Parking Places (Scotland) Bill.  The committee issued a call for evidence on the Disabled Persons' Parking Places (Scotland) Bill.  Submissions received for the Bill can be found on the evidence received page.

The Committee has agreed to do some work in the area of fuel poverty, by concentrating on the Scottish Government's Central Heating Programme, the Warm Deal Scheme and other associated grants. The Committee has taken some evidence on this and has written to the Minister to set out its views on the issue.
