Report on Subordinate Legislation

The Committee reports to the Parliament as follows—

1. At its meeting on 23 April 2008, the Health and Sport Committee considered the draft Mental Health (Cross-border Visits) (Scotland) Regulations 2008. The instrument was laid on 13 March 2008 and is subject to affirmative procedure.

2. Shona Robison MSP (Minister for Public Health) moved motion S3M-1598—

That the Health and Sport Committee recommends that the draft Mental Health (Cross-border Visits) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 be approved.

The motion was agreed to.
