The Committee reports to the Parliament as follows—

1. At its meeting on 20 February 2008, the Health and Sport Committee considered the draft Community Care (Personal Care and Nursing Care) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008.  The instrument was laid on 18 January 2008 and is subject to affirmative procedure.

2. Shona Robison MSP (Minister for Public Health) moved motion S3M-1235—

That the Health and Sport Committee recommends that the draft Community Care (Personal Care and Nursing Care) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008 be approved.

3. The motion was agreed to.
