1. Public Health etc. (Scotland) Bill: The Committee took evidence from—
Kathy Banks, Chief Executive, The Sunbed Association;
Ron Culley, Policy Manager, COSLA;
Lene Priess, Director, Consol Suncenter plc; and
Alastair Shaw, Society of Chief Officers of Environmental Health in Scotland.
2. Public Health etc. (Scotland) Bill: The Committee considered the Bill at Stage 2 (Day 2).

The Committee ended consideration of the Bill for the day section 89 having been agreed to.
3. Finance Committee’s review of the budget process (in private): The Committee agreed to consider a draft response to the Finance Committee’s consultation at a future meeting.
