1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3, 4 and 5 in private.

2. Age: The Committee will take evidence on age, in a round-table discussion, from—

Superintendent Fiona Barker, Association of Scottish Police Superintendents;

Raymond Thomson, Deputy Director of Lifelong Learning, Scottish Centre for Intergenerational Practice;

Kathleen Marshall, Scotland’s Commissioner for Children and Young People;

Lee Cousins, Head of Policy, sportscotland;

John Zimny, Treasurer, Voice of Chief Officers of Cultural, Community and Leisure Services in Scotland;

Gina Nowak, Senior Development Office, YouthLink Scotland.

3. Budget process 2009-10 (Stage 2): The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Scottish Government's Draft Budget 2009-10.

4. Offences (Aggravation by Prejudice) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.

5. Work programme: The Committee will review its work programme.
