Mary Mulligan MSP
Mary Mulligan MSP Mary Mulligan was first elected to the Scottish Parliament in 1999 to represent the Linlithgow constituency. Prior to her election as an MSP, she worked in retail and spent eleven years as a councillor in Edinburgh. She is married to John Mulligan, and they have three children.

Mary has served on the Education, Rural Development and Justice 2 Committees.
