 The SPCB provides the Parliament with property, staff and services and in connection with this has developed policies covering a wide range of issues.
The Clerk/Chief Executive also has delegated authority in providing
services to the Parliament, and, together with his senior management
team, also develops policies and provides guidance on a number of
issues.
