Supplier Database

The Supplier Database is not a preferred supplier list and inclusion in this database does not guarantee that your company will be included in future tender exercises.  However it does ensure that you will be notified of any tender exercises which may be of interest to you.  The database will also be referred to when there are low value requirements, (below 60k), to either invite suppliers to participate in a quotation exercise or to notify them of the contract advertisement.

The Scottish Parliament advertises its requirements on this website. These same adverts may appear in appropriate publications and the following websites depending on the value & complexity of the requirement –

As part of Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) responsibility under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, the SPCB may be required to disclose any information provided by you, with the  exception of personal data which will not be released to anyone who makes a request under the Act.
