Petition by Myles Fitzpatrick calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to abolish Rule 4.2(5) of the Rules of the Court of Session concerning rights of audience to allow individuals to conduct litigation without legal representation and to consider whether this Rule is contrary to article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights on fair trial.
