Petition by Kenny Shand, on behalf of Disability Help Scotland, calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to introduce legislation to allow for parking bays for disabled drivers with mobility impairments, for example outside that person’s home, to be allocated to the person who made the application and for such bays to be legally enforceable.
