Petition by Jennifer Newman calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to review the Fresh Talent: Working in Scotland scheme with the Home Office to allow overseas students on the scheme to stay and work in Scotland for an extended period at the conclusion of their academic studies without the need for a work permit and, as a result, ensure greater benefits for all concerned given the amounts of public funding spent training such individuals.
