Petition by Jean Mullan calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to consider whether it is entirely satisfied and content with the procedures and timescales for notifying persons affected by planning applications and how it ensures that every local authority follows correct procedures to ensure that no individuals human rights are infringed and that each is given the opportunity to exercise their right to object to the application.
