Protection of Wild Mammals (Scotland) Bill - Stage 2

At its meeting yesterday (30 October) the Rural Development Committee decided to postpone further consideration of amendments at Stage 2 by one week to Tuesday 13 November. As a result, the last day for lodging amendments for the 2nd Marshalled List is now Friday 9 November, when the deadline is 2.00 pm (Rule 9.10.2).

On 13 November the Committee will not proceed beyond the end of section 3 of the Bill. If the Committee does not reach the end of section 3, it will begin its next meeting at the point where it left off.

Similar targets and the dates for subsequent meetings will be announced in due course.
